专业简介

　　动物营养与饲料科学系现在岗教学科研人员总数32人。其中教授10人，副教授12人，高级实验师1人，讲师4人，实验师3人，助理实验师2人。具有博士学位者14人，占总人数的45％; 博士生导师7人，硕士生导师18人。年龄40－50岁者10人，占32％，30－40岁者14人，占45％。本系的动物营养学科为国家重点学科，也是国家‘211工程’项目建设的学科。其动物营养学实验室是农业部重点开放实验室。具有从事猪、家禽、反刍动物营养素代谢与需要量研究、饲料营养价值评价、饲料生物技术、营养与免疫以及分子营养学研究所必需的各种现代化仪器设备和实验动物饲养设施。

　　The department of Animal nutrition and feed science has 31 faculty and staff members, including six full professors, fourteen associate professors, four assistant professors, one senior technician, three technicians and two assistant technicians. Fourteen （45% ）of them have Ph.D. academic degree. Thirty two percent of them are at age of 40-50 years, and forty five percent are 30-40 years old. There are seven Ph.D. student supervisors and eighteen master student supervisors in the department. The discipline of animal nutrition of the department is state-supported key discipline, and it’s also supported by state “211 Project”. There are lot of up-to-date analytical instruments and research facilities for research work on nutrients metabolism and requirements of swine, poultry and ruminants, feed evaluation, feed biotechnology, nutrition and immunology, and molecular nutrition.
